How selection works here
Nearly every public buyer in this metro publishes through the MITN Purchasing Group on BidNet Direct, where the City of Traverse City, Grand Traverse County, the county Road Commission, and the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians each maintain a separate agency page, so registering once at the free "Limited Access" tier covers most of the market; the City also points bidders to the Builders Exchange of Northwest Michigan plan room in town, and Traverse City Light & Power and Northwestern Michigan College post only on their own sites, which is where the engineering-heavy RFPs actually surface.
